What does the customer have to do?
Ground concrete and all kinds of excavation and landscaping works, floor and wall coverings (screed, ceramic, carpet, tile, etc.), making external connections outside the prefabricated building (electricity, sewage, clean water), permits and license works to be obtained the municipality, heating and cooling installations (heating, air conditioning, etc.), accommodation and food costs of the assembly team in assemblies outside Istanbul, transportation and transportation insurance of the material belong to our customer.
Can you build prefabricated houses anywhere in Turkey?
We can serve every region of Turkey. For purchases outside Istanbul, the buyer covers the accommodation and food expenses of the assembly team. (rough assembly team is 5, paint assembly team is 2 people)
Is a license required during the construction of buildings?
The license is at the initiative of the Municipality included in the region where the building will be built. Architectural plan, Electrical plan, Mechanical Plan and ground survey belong to the customer to obtain a license.
License and all other legal permits are the responsibility of our customer.
How is the sound and heat insulation of prefabricated buildings?
The outer wall thickness we use in prefabricated houses is 10 cm. Styrofoam with a density of 16 danste between the wall panels and rock wool used for roof insulation provide much more heat and sound insulation than normal reinforced concrete buildings.
What is the approximate lifetime of the building?
The main material used in our prefabricated building is Betopan. The manufacturer company is Ankara TEPE group and gives a 50-year warranty against external natural conditions. The building carrier system and all metal parts in contact with the external nature are galvanized to delay rusting. The average life of the prefabricated building is equivalent to reinforced concrete buildings.
Are prefabricated houses only for summer use?
Prefabricated houses are equipped with an insulation system that will allow use in 4 seasons. Buildings can be produced for every climate conditions. Production is carried out taking into account the climatic characteristics of the place where the buildings will be installed.
How many floors can be built at most?
It can be built as single storey or two storeys.
Can it be built on a reinforced concrete building?
It can only be built on single storey reinforced concrete buildings. The underlying building must have a solid and flat ceiling floor.
Can the building be built in the plan and exterior appearance we want?
As long as it is suitable for the prefabricated building system, it can be made in the sizes and plans you want.
How many days is the prefabricated house delivered on average?
Although it depends on the square meter of the building you have chosen and the factory density, an average 100 m2 single-storey house is delivered within 5-7 working days. The assembly is completed within 4-5 on average.
Which vehicles can transport prefabricated buildings?
Prefabricated buildings are transported by trucks, trucks, ships, trains or cargo planes. On average, a truck with a 7m wooden frame takes 90m2 of prefabricated building material. The average total weight varies between 7-9 tons.
Are prefabricated houses earthquake resistant?
It should not be forgotten that prefabricated houses have emerged as earthquake houses. Since it is much lighter than a reinforced concrete building and disassembled parts are connected with steel screws, it stretches but does not collapse during an earthquake.
Can prefabricated houses be dismantled and reassembled in a different place?
Our houses can be reassembled in a different place at any time, provided that the dismantling and reassembly fee is paid.

What is your payment method? Do you have the opportunity to make installments?
As of the date of the contract, the entire contract price is collected in cash. If desired, half of the fee is taken at the first payment, production is started, and the remaining half is taken at the time of installation.
In terms of installments, we provide credit card 9-12 month installments.
It is also possible to take loans banks.
